About the Role

As an HVAC Installation Assistant and Duct Cleaning Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients enjoy optimal indoor comfort. You'll install and maintain HVAC systems, perform duct cleaning services, and identify opportunities to expand our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems
Provide thorough duct cleaning services, including before and after documentation
Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of materials
Collect payments and maintain accurate records
Keep company vehicles and equipment in excellent condition
Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services

Qualifications

Experience in residential HVAC and refrigeration
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
