About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues with precision and efficiency.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Install new heating and cooling systems according to industry standards and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry best practices.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in HVAC systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
