Aire Serv is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work, shows up ready to go, and wants to be part of a team that treats people well. We’re looking for someone dependable, skilled, and professional who wants steady work with room to grow.

What you’ll do
- Install residential heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
- Provide a professional, customer-friendly experience on every job.
- Keep vehicles, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and ready to use.
- Complete paperwork, invoices, and job notes accurately.
- Use materials efficiently and keep proper stock on the truck.
- Work well with teammates and communicate clearly with customers.
- Pitch in on cross-training and other shop needs as needed.
What we’re looking for
- Prior HVAC installation experience.
- CFC certification.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs.
- Strong communication skills.
- A dependable, positive attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Local to Sioux Falls or willing to relocate.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
