Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who’s ready to be the welcoming voice of our company and help us deliver five-star service every single day.
What You’ll Do
As a vital part of our front-line team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient service. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, call center-style environment where no two days are the same.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar like a pro
- Working closely with dispatchers to streamline technician routes
- Spotting opportunities to recommend services and boost sales
- Processing work orders and solving customer concerns quickly
- Helping the office run like a well-oiled machine
- Being flexible—open to new tasks and cross-training opportunities

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- Prior administrative or office experience
- Excellent communication & phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and laser-sharp attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and speedy data entry
- A team mindset—with the ability to work solo when needed
- Experience in a call center (big plus!)
- Bonus points for HVAC industry knowledge

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
