The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Aire Serv, handling customer interactions with professionalism and empathy. You'll manage service requests, resolve complaints, and uphold our values in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Collaborate with dispatchers to optimize technician schedules
Identify and pursue sales opportunities
Process work orders and address customer concerns promptly
Contribute to office organization and streamline procedures
Adapt to various tasks, including potential cross-departmental training

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and data entry proficiency
Positive attitude and professional phone manner
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Fast and accurate typing skills
Call center experience (strongly preferred)
HVAC industry knowledge (advantageous)

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
