The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and train a team of customer service representatives
- Handle complex customer inquiries and escalated issues
- Oversee scheduling and dispatch operations for our service technicians
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and team productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to business growth
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on customer service metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
