Your Role
As an Install Coordinator at Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire, you’ll oversee the entire installation process from the moment a sale is made to final warranty registration. You’ll ensure the right details, people, and approvals come together to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Coordination:
- Set up and follow up on sales leads from customers and Home Comfort Designers.
- Support the sales team by organizing appointments and tracking customer follow-ups.
Scheduling and Project Management:
- Oversee and maintain the daily schedule for Home Comfort Designers.
- Book all sold installations promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate between sales, installation teams, and customers to ensure seamless transitions.
Permitting and Compliance:
- Pull necessary permits from city offices for all scheduled installations.
- Track, finalize, and close out permits after project completion.
Warranty and Equipment Registration:
- Register installed equipment and warranties accurately with manufacturers.
- Maintain documentation and system records to ensure all installs are properly registered and compliant.

What We’re Looking For

- Ability to manage deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; business administration or customer service background preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
